a. What happens when I hit my usage limits?
Multiple options are available,

Additional write to the enterprise stops until the unused data is removed through the enterprise app. The unused data can be removed by clearing chats, removing media, or trimming spreadsheets.

Purchase overage percentage that allows your chosen buffer over enterprise app limits.
b. How is overage calculated?
If any one of the measured parameters increases beyond the limit, price increase is charged. In the examples below, let us assume the overage is 10% and the price increase is 8%.
- If three parameters increase by 4%, 6%, and 9.5 %, only one additional price increase of 8% is charged extra.
- If three parameters increase by 4%, 5%, and 10.5%, two additional price increases with a total of 16% are charged extra.
c. What are my payment options?
At the time of the deployment, a credit card can be provided. For a large account, we can send an invoice through email with our bank details.
d. When am I charged?
You would be charged at the end-of-the month to ensure full satisfaction.
e. What happens if I am late in my payments?
If the invoice is not paid within 7 days, the enterprise app is suspended with no writing to the app allowed and a reminder is sent for two months. After two months, the enterprise app and all the data associated with the enterprise app are marked for deletion.
f. What happens if I delete my enterprise app account?
Your enterprise app is marked for deletion, and you are not charged any invoice. Once deleted you cannot recover the lost data.
g. I have only three users why the price per user is so high?
Rather than the number of users, the neome platform is more price sensitive to the amount of data. Unlike other platforms, we don't charge exorbitant per user per month rates.
h. How can I justify the price to my management?
- neome should be thought of as an additional employee on your payroll responsible for automation.
- Revenues would increase by effectively keeping your customers in the loop, so you can serve more customers.
